We know that when one of ‘s Fine Art Curation member gets engaged we are in for a stylish celebration, with beautifully thought-out details and stunning imagery to capture this momentous occasion. We were excited to see the photos of the proposal. They didn’t fail to impress and today we share with you their stunning engagement session.
Thomas says: “Elyssa met me in Cannes in 2020, right after the French lockdown. We met in a thunderbolt and moved into our apartment together a month later, right before the second French lockdown. This was a wonderful way to begin our relationship, and it made us realise very quickly how we were meant to be.
We had a romantic getaway in Montpellier, at the end October. At a restaurant called Le Grand Arbre we enjoyed some champagne. She had a huge smile and said “yes” when I asked THE question. followed!
After this special moment I decided to organize a day of celebration to mark our engagement, with some dear friends from the wedding industry. The Mas de la Rose has a very authentic Provencal vibe and we love it. Our team worked together to make a day filled with special details.
The question was: Who will be taking our pictures? Valery Villard, a talented and kind friend of mine and one who is very good at film photography, has mastered it to perfection. Elyssa, and myself aren’t models so I knew his generosity and kindness would be important. ”
